3 Alma Park is in Brodick, the village which the ferry arrives at.

The accommodation is on one level.  The 3 bedrooms are at one end of the house and the living space at the other.

The kitchen is well equipped with double oven, microwave, fridge freezer and electric hob.  The washing machine and dryer are located in the utility room where there is a back door which leads to the rear garden. 

The a sun room with French windows also opens on to the enclosed back garden. 

The lounge has windows looking out on all sides and goatfell and Brodick Bay can be admired from the comfort of a chair.

The house has a large dining room with table and chairs.

There is a shower room with toilet next to the utility room and a bathroom (with shower over) next to the bedrooms.

The front bedroom has 2 single beds.

There is a double bedroom and a further bedroom with bunk beds to the rear of the house.

The house has private parking for 2 cars.

Pets are welcome subject to a £15 surcharge per animal.

Ben linen and towels are included in the rental price.  Please bring your own beach towels and do not remove the towels from the house.

Smoking is NOT permitted in the house under any circumstances.
