Rental Rates
You are welcome to arrive from 4pm onwards on the first day of your stay. Check out is by 10am on your final day.
If you are bringing a car, please check availability on the ferry at www.calmac.co.uk at the time of booking.
Rental rates are for the entire property.

The minimum stay is 7 nights.
The preferred changeover day is Saturday. Other changeovers are possible but the price is adjusted accordingly.
A £150 damage deposit is due 30 days before your stay. This will be refunded within 7 days of your departure assuming there has been no damage to the property.
A 25% deposit is due to secure the booking. Once payment has been received and a booking form has been completed the house will be considered reserved.
The 75% balance plus the £200 damage deposit are due 30 days before your stay begins.
